SUMMARY: The City entered into a contract with Willis of Seattle, tnc. for Insurance Broker
Services in 2003. Since that time, Willis of Seattle has extended its agreement with the City without
a rate increase. The proposed amendment extends the agreement for finro years at the same rate as
initially negotiated, $25,000 per year.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Risk Management Fund has adequate funds
budgeted to pay for the services contemplated.

Move to approve Amendment No. 6 to the Professional Services Agreement with Willis of Seattle,
