SUMMARY: The City performed a preliminary boundary survey of City property commonly known
as the Capital Hill Fire Station and Forest Ridge Park and discovered that adjacent residential property
owners have encroached onto the property. In order to resolve this issue, staff is proposing to sell to
the residential property owners the City property they have encroached onto. The attached boundary
line adjustments and quit claim deeds will resolve the encroachment issues and establish new
boundaries for the Capital Hill Fire Station and Forest Ridge Park.
