SUMMARY: The Revised Code of Washington 38.52.070 authorizes and directs local jurisdictions to
establish and maintain a comprehensive emergency management plan. The plan was last revised
and updated in 2013. This resolution will adopt the 2015 Kitsap County Comprehensive Emergency
Management Plan.
