A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DicKs GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6'h Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Eric Younger
presiding. Council Members present were Richard Huddy, Dino Davis, Greg Wheeler, Jerry
McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Lori Smith, Legislative Assistant, was present to
provide staff support.
President Younqer emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be
no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be
placed on the January 20, 2016 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated.
A. NO PRESENTATION PLANNED— The following items are budgeted items or subjects that
have been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members...
1. 2016 Excess Liability and Crime Insurance; and 2016—2017 Excess Workers
Compensation Insurance
2. Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap County Administrative Services for Court Security

3. Utility Construction Agreement with WSDOT for Water and Sewer Pipe Relocation on
SR16
4. Contract Award to Hendricks Screen Company of Owensboro, Kentucky for the McKenna
Falls Intake Improvements Project—Screening and Air Backwash System Procurement
5. Resolution to approve the granting of an easement for the development of property located
at the Pacific Avenue Plaza

President Younqer announced that following adjournment of the Study Session, Council would
hold an Exempt Closed Session under RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b)to discuss "Labor Negotiations or
Proceedings"...
With no further business, President Younqer adjourned the Council Study Session at 7:25 PM.
