SUMMARY: The City has been offered a grant to fund reconstruction of Lebo Boulevard from Lower
Wheaton Way to the City Limits. The project is scheduled for design in 2016 and construction in
2017. The project also includes replacement of water, stormwater, and sanitary sewer utilities;
however, only the stormwater utility work is eligible to be funded by the grant. The overall project
cost is approximately$5,900,000, and the cost of the grant-eligible project work is $5,814,968, and is
grant funded at 85°/a. The City's match amount ($872,245) will be funded by the Stormwater Fund.
