SUMMARY: The City Attorney's Office desires to fill the vacant Assistant City Attorney position. The
primary duty of this position is to handle in-house litigation. The person selected to fill this position
has over ten years' experience. The position is budgeted for 2016. Staff is requesting authorization to
hire the applicant at Pay Band 13, Rate 7.
