SUMMARY: The City has carried out multiple projects that resulted in a mix of utility and general
government assets in different funds. Certain assets are maintained by the general government and
others by the Utility, therefore the appropriate/applicable accounting needs to take place to transfer
the assets to their respective funds. This requires Council Action.
