SUMMARY: There is a vacancy on the Design Review Board for Position 2 due to a resignation. It
is recommended that Tory Gruber, a local General Contractor and property manager, be appointed
to fill the vacancy and complete the term which expires December 31, 2015 and be appointed a full
4-year term that will begin January 1, 2016 and expire in December 31, 2019.
