SUMMARY: Diane Manning has been selected to serve on the Planning Commission. She has
been a resident of Bremerton for more than 60 years, is a Neighborhood Watch Captain, and
participates in other community volunteer efforts. Ms. Manning has been selected to serve in
Position 3, with a term that begins on January 1, 2016 ends on December 31, 2019.
