SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance amends Section 10.04.034 of the Bremerton Municipal Code
entitled "Inattention to Driving." Penalties for violations under the proposed ordinance are referred to
Municipal Court Rate Table B as set forth in Chapter 3.01 of the Bremerton Municipal Code.
