SUMMARY: Kitsap Community Resources has been operating low-income preschool child care,
senior leisure activities, lectures, and meetings on the subject property in excess of twenty years
under finro previous concession agreements. The proposed concession agreement grants KCR
another ten year term on the subject property for these operations under similar terms and
conditions.
