Council members present were Eric Younger, Roy Runyon, Dino Davis, Jerry McDonald, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Also present were Finance Director Cathy Johnson and Budget Analyst Caroline Tompson. Legislative Assistant Lori Smith was present to provide staff support to the Council. President Wheeler announced that the 2016 Budget Workshop was for the Council to hear presentations on the proposed budget. It was further announced that this Budget Workshop was open to the public, but there would be no opportunities for input or participation; that no action will be taken, and the content of these items is subject to change. Cathv Johnson, Financial Services Director, concluded presentations on the 2016 Budget Process while Council Members asked questions and commented on the overview of the following specific subjects: 1) City Auditor; 2) ERR Fund; 3) Parks & Recreation, including Parks � Administration; 4) Fountain Maintenance; 5) Kitsap Economic Development Alliance (KEDA); 6) Kitsap Aerospace and Defense Alliance (KADA); 7) B&O Tax; 8) City Clerk; 9) General Fund Engineering; 10) Additional PILOT Revenue; and 11) Suggested PILOT/Utility Tax. � This concludes the Budget Workshops for 2015. It was announced that a Public Hearing will be held on an Ordinance to adopt the City of Bremerton FY-2016 Budget at the City Council Meeting on December 2, 2015. With no further business, President Wheeler adjourned the Budget Workshop at 8:00 PM.
