SUMMARY: The City(Lessor)and Alexander Cart Rentals, Inc. (Lessee)entered into a lease for
property at Gold Mountain Golf Club (Pad Lease)for Lessee's golf cart rental business. The parties
now desire to amend the lease to extend the term for an additional year through December 2016.
