1) Check#'s 365622 through 365773 and EFT's 15379 through 15432 in the amount of
$2,806,490.86.
2) Regular Payroll for the pay period ending September 30, 2015 in the amount of$2,801.23.
3) Regular Payroll for the pay period ending October 15, 2015 in the amount of$724,893.47.
