SUMMARY: In December 13, 1988, the City and the Port entered into an Interlocal Agreement for
the Ports operation and maintenance of the Evergreen Rotary Park boat ramp. In 1998 and in 2008,
the Interlocal Agreement was extended for additional ten year terms with the current term expiring on
December 13, 2018. The Port desires to make certain improvements to the boat ramp with grant
funds it has been approved for the project. The City will pay one-half of the required match for the
grant funds for the improvements. The City's payment to the Port will be in the amount of$58,000.00.
Upon completion of the improvements, the Port will transfer all improvements to the City and the
Interlocal Agreement will terminate.
