SUMMARY: Renew the Blight Designation for the Downtown target area. The Blight designated area
is shown in Exhibit A of the proposed resolution. This target area has been identified to receive a set
percentage of CDBG allocation can be used to abate blight conditions.

the utilization of CDBG allocation.
