SUMMARY: A Call for Bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. Three (3) bids were received to paint the exterior of the Naval Museum. The
lowest bidder was Sabelhaus West Inc., of Silverdale WA for the amount of$36,065.20 which
includes tax.
