SUMMARY: A Call for bids was prepared, advertised, distributed and received in accordance with
City Bid Procedures. Three(3) bids were received to re-roof the City facility located at 1720 Warren
Avenue. The lowest bidder was Fields Roof Service, Inc. of Kent,WA for the amount of$88,001.86
which includes Washington State Sales Tax.
