SUMMARY: The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) received seven (7) total requests for
funding for Fiscal Year 2016. Committee members reached consensus and are recommending
funding to all of the applicants.
The City anticipates approximately $130,000 in revenue to be available for distribution to the
approved recipients. Also, the City allocates$155,000 for the Kitsap Conference Center and
$150,000 to the Admiral Theatre Foundation.

FISCAL IMPACTS (fnclude Budgeted Amount): RCW 67.28 specifies that a municipality may either
accept or reject the committee's recommendations. If any individual recommendation is rejected by
City Council, then the unallocated amount will be held in the fund's reserve and that unfunded
organization will have significantly reduced marketing efforts for Bremerton.
