SUMIVIARY: The Pavement Preservation Project constructed an overlay of Trenton Avenue between
Cascade Trail and Holman Street, and on Marine Drive between Kitsap Way and Dora Avenue. The
project was initiated in 2014 but completed in 2015 since the paving could not be completed during
the winter months. Due to the deteriorated condition of the existing surfaces, additional materials
were used beyond bid quantities. This proposed Change Order reconciles final quantities used with
the project, and addresses the additional necessary work.
