SUMMARY: The Utilities division is requesting the approval of the selected backflow assembly
tester. This tester will be contacted by the Utilities division to test private backflow assemblies when
the Customer does not satisfy the annual test requirement. The fee for the test and any necessary
repairs to the assembly will be added to the Customer's utility bill.
