Currently, the valves are only accessible from the beach and are inaccessible during high tides. These three sewer easements will allow operations staff to install vent piping and relocate the valves to the top of the bluff adjacent to Lower Wheaton Way so that they are always accessible. Three land owners have agreed to grant the City Sewer and Access Easements on their property to allow for installation of the vent piping and relocation of the valves. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Easements; 2)Attachment A- Site Map FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The cost of the easements and installation of the vent piping and valves will be against the Wastewater Maintenance budget which has a total projected budget of$75,000.
