Wednesday, July 8, 2015
A Study Session of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the Council
Conference Room of the NORM DicKs GOVERNMENT CENTER, 345 6`h Street, Bremerton,
Washington, Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 5:00 PM, with Council President Greg Wheeler
presiding. Council Members present were Eric Younger, Roy Runyon, Dino Davis, Jerry
McDonald, and Leslie Daugs. Council Member Mike Sullivan was absent. Christine Grenier,
Council Assistant, was present to provide staff support.
President Wheeler emphasized that the Study Session was open to the public but there would be
no opportunities for input or participation; and announced that approved items by Council will be
placed on the July 15, 2015 Council Meeting Agenda; or as indicated.

1. Appointment of Kristin Moerler as Senior Planner at Pay Band 11, Rate 6 of the 2015

3. Sewer Easements (with Thomas E. Weaver, Jr. and Dennis Sailor); and Access Easement
