SUMMARY: The City ofBremerton Parks and Recreation Department has the opportunity to
purchase the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Union property that is adjacent to Evergreen-Rotary Park.
We are applying to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation (Land and Water Conservation
Fund) for 50% of the purchase cost. The City's match will be derived from the proceeds of the sale of
the SR-3 property in the Parks Capital Fund. Cost estimate: $150,000
