SUMMARY: The proposed resolution waives the biddin~ requirements and authorizes a sole source
contract for construction of a water pond feature at the 18t hole on the Olympic Course at Gold
Mountain Complex. The contract amount is $59,597.51, including sales tax.
ATTACHMENTS: Staff Memo; Golf Plus Construction, Inc. bid; Proposed Resolution
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is budgeted in the 2005 golf course
budget in the amount $60,000.
