SUMMARY: Art ~ Morken X dedicated 44 years to law enforcement in Bremerton and Kitsap
County. He instilled respect for law enforcement and was devoted to the community. The proposed
resolution recognizes Mr. Morken's contribution to the community and names the new police
headquarters the Art R Morken)( Law Enforcement Center.
