SUMMARY: Bids were opened on Wednesday, June 1,2005, for the East Park Skate Park Project.
A total of 2 of bids were received. (See attached Bid Opening List). The low bid was received from
T F Sahli Construction ofSeahurst WA for the lump sum base bid of$ 254,124.00 including WSST.
The project consists of the construction of the skatepark.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is budgeted in the 2006 Capital
Improvements Budget. $270,080. Funding comes from grants and donations.
