SUMMARY: The Records unit in the Support Services Division needs to change its staffing level from
four records specialists IIs (RS) and one records specialist I to five records specialist IIs. Mandated
requirements ofthe RCWs, and the use and increase of electronic enabling media and technology
increased the scope of work for records specialists. -
ATTACHMENTS: Completed 2005 Staff Adjustments Schedule E Form
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The funding for the remainder of2005 six months will
come from the Salaries and Wages Extra Help line item 521.1020.51020 for the amount of$I,520.00.
