SUMMARY: Proposed amendments to BMC Chapter 2.100 that established the Public Access
Citizens Advisory Committee for Bremerton Kitsap Access Television (BKAT), increasing the
membership from nine to 12. Member representation would change three County Commissioner-
appointed at-large positions to a representative from each of the three Commissioner districts, add
an education representative appointed by the Mayor of Bremerton, and add representatives from the
cities of Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo, appointed by their respective Mayors.
The Committee would meet quarterly: September/December/March/June.
