The Study Session is open to the public, but there will be no opportunities for input or participation; no
action is anticipated during the Study Session; and the content of these items is subject to change. If
approved by the Council, the items will be placed on the July 1, 2015 Council Meeting Agenda.
A. NO PRESENTATIONS PLANNED— The following ifems are budgeted items or subjects that have
been raised with the appropriate Council Committee Members:
1. Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap County for Reimbursable Work Performed by Kitsap County
Public Works and/or Equipment Rental
2. Professional Services Agreement with Murray, Smith &Associates, Inc. for 2015 Water
Resources System Improvements
3. Sole Source Purchase of a 2016 Ford F550 Maintenance Truck from Cobalt Truck Equipment of
Spokane, WA for the Storm & Sewer Division of the Public Works & Utilities Department
� 4. Ordinance creating Section 2.19.040 of the Bremerton Municipal Code (BMC) entitled "Warrant
Officers"

Neighbors of Kitsap Lake Park have been complaining about weekend boat trailer parking along Price Road with trailers
sticking out dangerously near the curve approaching the Park. Both Leslie and Roy have brought up the issue as well.
Last night I brought the issue to the Parks Commission,Staff and the Commission agreed that changing the parking lot
signage to make the center aisle of the K. Lake parking lot boat trailer only parking on Friday,Sat. and Sundays would
help alleviate the boat trailer parking crunch.
The BMC gives the Parks Director some latitude over where cars can travel and park in City parks, the alteration can be
made without Council Action.
I can spend a minute at tonight's Study Session explaining the parking change if you think it is needed\appropriate to do
so.
