SUMMARY: The City Attorney's Office employs outside legal counsel to assist in the
representation for the Ciiy of Bremerton in specialized areas. Eims Graham, P.S. provides
specialized legal representation relating to workers' compensation issues. The proposed
professionaf services agreement retains Eims Graham, P.S. to provide legal representation
on an as-needed basis. �

FISCAL IIVIPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are budgeted annually in the Risk
Management Fund for professional services.
