SUMMARY: Call-For-Bids was prepared, distributed and received in accordance with City Bid
Procedures for the Oyster Bay Facility Pervious Asphalt Parking Lot. Two (2) bids were received.
The low bidder is Lakeside Industries, Inc. Issaquah, WA.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to award the Agreement for the Pervious Pavement Parking Lot
located at the Public Works 8� Utility facility at Oyster Bay from Lakeside Paving of Issaquah,WA, in
the amount of$75,064.75 which does not include sales tax, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
