SUMMARY: A Professional Services Agreement was executed between the City and Lusignan
Forestry Inc. of Elma, WA on April 27, 2010 for timber harvest management and marketing services.
During this period the Contractor has delivered a high level of service with increased net values to
the City for harvested timber. City staff recommends renewing the Agreement through December 31,
2018. All conditions of the agreement have remained unchanged.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Contractor compensation will be paid from future
timber proceeds at the rate contained in Exhibit B Fee Schedule. Based on average of$500,000
annual timber revenue, contractor fees will be approximately $41,000/year

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve Professional Services Agreement befinreen the City of

the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
