SUMMARY: On February 4, 2015 the Bremerton City Council approved the Design Agreement with
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) for Schedule 74 Underground Conversion on segments of Washington
Avenue. In the intervening period, PSE has completed its design, and the undergrounding work is
now ready to begin. The work will be performed by the Washington Avenue Community Boulevard
construction contractor, RV Associates. The requested action before Council is approval of the
Schedule 74 Construction Agreement with PSE.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The City is partnering with Bremerton Towers
Development to defray the expense of the undergrounding work.

Move to approve the Schedule 74 Construction Agreement with Puget Sound Energy; and authorize

presented.
