SUMMARY: This is a proposal to add a new position of Police Records Supervisor, at Wage Grade
11, to the 2015 budget and eliminate one Police Records Specialist 11 position. The position will be
included in the Teamsters Bargaining Unit. The position will be filled utilizing a promotional process.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Additional annual cost of$3,628.58 which will be
absorbed by the department in the 2015 budget.
