SUMMARY: In order to enhance our purchasing abilities and use the most economical means
possible by utilizing a cooperative approach I am requesting the City of Bremerton enter into an
Interlocal Purchasing Agreement with King County, Washington. This agreement, pursuant to RCW
39.34, will be used to purchase materials, services and equipment from already approved competitive
bids.
