SUMMARY: Pursuant to RCW 41.56, negotiations have concluded between representatives of the
City and the Teamsters Local 589 resulting in the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
covering wages and insurance benefits for 2015. The MOU has been ratified by the Teamsters
membership.
ATTACHMENTS: Memorandum of Understanding and Appendix A of the Teamster's Collective
Bargaining Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The fiscal impact of approving the attached
Memorandum of Understanding is estimated to be $271,165.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the MOU between the City of Bremerton and the Teamsters Local 589 and
