SUMMARY: The work to be completed under this contract includes recoating the interior of a
1,000,000 gallon steel water reservoir located in the Olympic View Industrial Park. The interior of
Reservoir 10 North will be abrasive blasted to remove the existing coal tar epoxy coating, then
coated with a new epoxy coating.
There were 9 bids. Coatings Unlimited was the lowest responsible, responsive bidder in the amount
of$208,108.15 (which includes sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is included in the 2015 budget at
$400,000 and is funded by rates.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to award the construction bid for Reservoir 10 North— Interior

and conditions as presented.
