SUMMARY: The proposed Concession Agreement grants a surface and use concession to the
Bremerton Historic Ships Association on the Louis Mentor Boardwalk for the maintenance and
operation of gift shop as well as for related fixtures, including the gang plank for access to USS
Turner Joy, for the purpose of providing tourist related concession services related to the USS Turner
Joy.

Move to approved the Concession Agreement between the City of Bremerton and the Bremerton
Historic Ships Association and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
