SUMMARY: The proposed Interlocal Agreement between Kitsap County and the Cities of
Bremerton, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island and Port Orchard relates to low income housing under the
Affordable Housing Grant Program. The agreement designates Kitsap County as the administrator
for the allocation of SHB 2060 surcharge funds to eligible applicants.
