RESOLUTION NO. ;1. q b d-
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving the Rainier Vista final plat (file
No. BP04-00437).
WHEREAS, on August 20, 2003, the City Council paE sed Resolution 2900
granting preliminary approval to the Rainer Vista to re-divide 0.96 acres of land consisting of 2
lots into 4 lots; and
WHEREAS, all conditions set forth in the preliminary approval have been met
and final plat approval is requested; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The final plat for Rainier Vista is hereb y approved.
SECTION 2. The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar.
SECTION 3. Severability. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or sentence
of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and
effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall tam effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
