Once the sampling and analysis has been completed, we are also required to submit a completed CSO Post Construction Monitoring Report to the WA Department of Ecology (DOE)and to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Cosmopolitan Marine Engineering completed the required CSO Post Construction Monitoring Plan (PCMP) & Sediment Sampling &Analysis Plan (SSAP) in 2014. Since this is an extension of that work, and they are familiar with all of the sampling sites, and they have the ability to dive the outfalls, I had them submit a cost proposal for this work. The submitted cost proposal for the "Scope of Work" is $113,778, of which 59% of the cost is in the sampling and analysis that is required by DOE. ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement and Scope of Work. FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This is budgeted through 535.8032.54110, which has a budget of$250,000.
