SUMMARY: The electrical service at Casad Dam is the oldest in the water system. Current and
future operations require an updated electrical service with increased capacity, security, and
functionality. It is recommended to install a Factory Assembled Structure (FAS) concrete block
building to house the electrical service.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This purchase of$37,239.23 for the FAS is
budgeted in the 2015 Water Utility Capital Budget as part of the "Casad Dam Electrical Upgrade".
