Requests for Proposals (RFP)were sent to three separate fuel companies. Proposals were opened January 20, 2015. After review staff recommends that the contract be awarded to Masco Petroleum based on Oil Petroleum Information Service (OPIS) daily pricing and a margin of 5 cents per gallon. This is a three year agreement with the ability to extend the agreement for an additional three, one-year terms.
