SUMMARY: The approved 2015 budget for ERR shows a vehicle replacement for the Electronics
Division. The replacement is a 2015 Ford Transit Cargo Van. We will utilize Washington State
contract 03613. Total cost for this purchase is $31,170.91 including Washington State sales tax. The
authorized dealer is Columbia Ford Nissan of Longview WA. The replaced vehicle will be removed
from the fleet.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Budgeted within the 510 fund at $34,000.00.
