SUMMARY: The approved 2015 budget shows a replacement in facilities division of a half-ton
Pickup truck. The total cost of this purchase is $27,158.39 including Washington State sales tax. This
purchase will utilize Washington State contract 03813. The authorized dealer is Bud Clary Chevrolet
of Longview WA. The replaced vehicle (2000 Silverado 2WD)will be removed from the fleet.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Budgeted within the 510 fund at $30,000.00.
