SUMMARY: The Distribution Kiosk (electrical cabinet) at Pendergast Park that controls the outside
lighting sustained major damage from an automobile accident and needs to be replaced. The
cabinet is a sole source item. The cost to replace the Cabinet is approximately $55,000.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Insurance reimbursement and/or Risk Management
funds are available. Budget will be amended at mid-year to reflect the proceeds.
