SUMMARY: Resolution 2900 granted preliminary approval to the Rainier Vista Plat to re-divide
0.96 acres of land consisting of 2 lots into 4 lots at the south side of E. 31 st Street, 100 feet west of
Pawnee Drive. The City Engineer and Community Development Director signatures accompany the
final plat recommending approval.
