SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court has been the recipient of an Interpreter Grant from the
State of Washington, Administrative Office of the Courts for many years. This agreement is renewed
on a yearly basis. This document is titled an Interagency Agreement but it more correctly a grant
acceptance form. The terms of this Agreement are from July 2014 through June 2015 for partial
reimbursement of interpreter services up to a maximum of$2,593.00.
ATTACHMENTS: Interagency Agreement IAA15190 between State of Washington, Administrative
Office of the Courts and Bremerton Municipal Court.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Receipt of up to $2,593.00 to recoup partial costs of
interpreter expenses. No matching funds are required.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Interagency Agreement IAA15190 between the State of Washington,
Administrative Office of the Courts and Bremerton Municipal Court and authorize the Court
Administrator to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions
as presented.
