SUMMARY: When John Lyall was appointed to the Housing Authority Board in December of 2004
he was filling the unexpired term of Art Morken Jr. That term will expire on May 16,2005. It is
recommended J ohn Lyall be reappointed to another term on the Housing Authority Board.
